Conference Facilities

The Conference Room is one of many features on offer within The Cliff (Larne) facility, which can be utilized by many different user groups through the means of meetings, workshops, mediation and seminars. Within this setting a maximum of 22 users can occupy this space at any given booking. This facility can also offer access to a range of media i.e. flipcharts, projector, internet access and telephone usage if required.  Users can also avail of the I.T facilities at an additional cost.

The Cliff (Larne) Conference Room Policy:

  • The room user is responsible for set-up and cleanup of the conference room. All chairs and tables must be returned to their original setting; this is to enable cleaning to be carried out for the next user.
  • Users must respect other activities within the building as the same respect will be shown to those using conference facilities.
  • No equipment should be removed from the area; any problems contact the facility supervisor.
  • If you need to cancel your booking, the facility supervisor must be notified immediately.
